All furniture is inspected for damage before it leaves our location. When accepting your delivery you MUST inspect everything before signing for it. ANY damage must be noted with the freight carrier in order to file a damage claim and get your damaged item replaced as quickly as possible. We only use reputable, well established freight companies. All furniture sold to customers in the DFW area will be delivered by our delivery trucks. Although most items are received in 1-2 weeks, please allow up to 6 weeks for your furniture to arrive. Contact us if you have a specific time frame when you can accept items. We are happy to arrange a later date for items to arrive if you are waiting for a home to be built or room to be remodeled. Minimal assembly may be required on some items as they do come brand new in boxes. If more than normal assembly is required we will post it.
