We make every effort to promote legitimate, honest transactions between buyers and sellers. 4Sale4Now acts as an escrow agent of the funds to ensure that both buyer and seller conduct business transactions with the utmost integrity.

Sellers must confirm a purchase within 3 business days of the sale. 4Sale4Now will process payment to the seller within 5 business days of the confirmed purchase and completed transaction.

A: All sellers have the option to use (FedEx/UPS). Rates will be calculated in the upload process. However, any seller has the option to use any other postal service by selecting 'flat rate' shipping. Sellers can then decide on another service, determine the rate, or choose to add free shipping to their item.

A: If you have not received payment within 5 business days after you have successfully processed and shipped your item, please contact us, you may visit our Member Care Center for more information.

Q: As a seller, how long do I have to confirm an order when a purchase has been made?
A: Once a buyer has purchased an item, the seller must confirm and ship the order within 3 business days from the purchase date. If a seller does not ship the order within 3 business days, the order will be subject to cancellation and the buyer will receive a full refund.

A: 4Sale4Now will process payment to the seller within 5 business days of the confirmed purchase and completed transaction.
